Chopper Spirals Out of Control into Palm Groves at Frequented California Beach
A chopper hovering over a popular southern California coastline unexpectedly commenced twirling wildly, ultimately losing altitude and smashing into a line of palm trees as onlookers observed.
Recordings shared on the internet depict the aircraft beginning to twirl above the beach then falling near the perimeter of the beach, where it ends up lodged amidst palm groves and a set of stairs close to the coastal road.
Rescue Operation Information
The Huntington Beach fire department reported five persons were transported to a medical facility comprising a pair who were in the aircraft and were “safely pulled from the wreckage” after the accident on that day.
Three people on the pavement were harmed. Specifics on their condition were not immediately available.
The reason for the accident was not immediately released.

Authorities said the aircraft was associated with an regular “Cars and Copters” benefit occasion planned for the following day.
